System Requirements
MDA online courses are accessible from various devices and platforms, on both PC and Mac, desktops and laptops, as well as Android and iOS mobile devices. To be able to stream the class video online, you will be required to meet the following system specifications.
System Requirements for VIDEO STREAMING
– You can use your Android device, iOS device, PC or Laptop to log into the class.
– A broadband connection with a minimum speed of 512 KB/s.
– You may use your cellphone Internet as a personal hotspot on your laptop as well. We recommend a 4G or LTE internet connection for a smooth video stream.
– The preferred browser for our platform for desktop or laptop computers is the latest version of Google Chrome which you can download here. Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or IE 11 are also responsive.
– Flash Player is not required for video streaming. But If you have the Adobe Flash Player, we recommend you have the Adobe Flash Player 10.0.22+ plug-in or higher installed.
PC Requirements for VIDEO STREAMING
– Operating System: Windows XP, 7, 8 or higher with the latest updates installed
– Minimum 4GB of RAM
– Graphics output capability
– Sound output capability
Mac Requirements for VIDEO STREAMING
– Operating System: Mac OS X 10.12 or higher with the latest updates installed
– Minimum 4GB of RAM
– Graphics output capability
– Sound output capability
Mobile Requirements for VIDEO STREAMING
– iOS 10.0 and above
– Android 5.0 and above
– Browser: Safari or Chrome on iOS and Chrome on Android.
* MDA will send students the URL address for class video streams, and their login information after their enrollment in that course.

PC Requirements for MATRIX Software Installation
– CPU: Intel Core i5 or higher
– RAM: 8GB or more
– Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce 800 Series or higher OR ATi Radeon 5000 series or higher
– Operating System: Windows 7, 8 or 10 (64-bit)
– Graphics output capability
* The Matrix software is not available for MacOS. To run Matrix on your Mac you will be required to install Windows first. You can install Windows on your Mac from here.
