TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Copyright, licenses and user submission:
1.1. The entire contents of the Service provided by MDA are protected by international copyright and trademark laws and other local proprietary rights. The owner of these copyrights and trademarks is Mortzavi Design Academy, its affiliates and/or other third party licensors.
1.2. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, SCANN, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT, CAPTURE, RECORD, TRANSLATE THE MATERIAL, OR DISTRIBUTE THE MATERIAL ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT FROM MDA’s MANAGING OFFICE.
1.3. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the MDA website with citation solely for your own, non-commercial use provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials, and not to share any material that you paid for, with any third party who has not obtained a license for that material.
1.4 MDA does not approve or endorse any outside business, alumina, or authenticity of gemstones referred to the Academy at any time.
2. Cancelation and refund policy:
2.1. MDA offers a canelation and refund policy for all courses. Students willing to cancel their registration before the beginning of the first session of their given course would be entitled to a full refund from the Academy; and after beginning their course, will be entitled to a partial refund in accordance to the chart below.

2.2. If the course is canceled by MDA for any reason, the student will be entitled to a full refund by the academy.
2.3. If the student cancels their enrollment after the first day of their course, they will be entitled to a partial refund in accordance to the “refund chart”.
2.4. All fees related to enrollments are non-refundable.
2.5. Any books, documents and study materials that have been additionally purchased by the students can be returned for a refund if in decent condition.
Note: Documents of digital format will not be subject for a refund.

Example: a student that has attended less than 3 hours of a 30-hour course will be subject to a 90% refund of the tuition of that course upon cancelation.
3. Courses:
3.1. All courses are presented in English and Turkish only. However the platform that is used to stream the video, supports English, Russian, Spanish, French, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Arabic.
3.2. To attend our courses the students must have an intermediate understanding of English and the Windows operating system.
3.3. The website of the Academy may contain links to other websites that are not operated by or related to MDA. The Academy is not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such third part websites, and does not investigate, monitor or check these websites for accuracy or completeness.
3.4. The inclusion of any linked websites on our Website does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by MDA. A student that leaves our website to access these third-party websites does so at there own risk.
3.5. The students are required to pass the primary semester of every course we offer in order to participate inn the advanced semester of that given course.
3.6. The courses at MDA do override each other as a prerequisite or corequisite in order to enroll in another course. The students however are allowed to register for two or three different course at the same time as long as the classes do not overlap inn there time scheduling.
3.7. The student recognizes that the traffic of data through the Internet may cause delays during the download of information from the website and accordingly, it shall not hold the academy liable for delays that are ordinary in the course of Internet use.
3.8. The student further acknowledges and accepts that the Website might not be available on a continual twenty-four-hour basis due to such delays, or delays caused by the academy’s upgrading, modification, or standard maintenance of the website.
3.9. The students can set their one-on-one classes any time during the day as long as it is scheduled inside our working hours which is 8:00am to 9:00pm +3:30 GMT. The students can also set their classes on any day of the week as long as it does not meet any local holidays. 3.10. The student can schedule as many sessions in a week as they want, as long as they find enough time during the week to practice the content.
Note: MDA typically recommends maximum 3 sessions per week.
3.11. The Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to all or any portion of the Services for violation or suspected violation of these Terms of Service.
3.12. The student can reschedule his/her one-on-one classes up to 3 times; 24 hours prior to their class. However, all group-class schedules are final and are not subject to any change by request of the student.
3.13. Student that are absent more that 3 sessions will not be awarded a certificate of completion, however they can attend the remaining classes.
3.14. Students that do not deliver there practices completely and consistently may not obtain a certificate of completion by the Academy.
4. Payment:
4.1. MDA collects all payments in full prior the the first session of the course.
4.2. The student can pay all tuition and fees by wire transfer, cash, credit card or through PayPal. We accept Master Cards and Visa cards. Paypal transitions may be valid upon request.
4.3. The academy reserves the right to change the enrollment fee with respect to a Renewal Term with prior written notice. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
MDA retains full discretion to modify these Terms of Service at any time. By accessing the Service at any time after such modifications, you are agreeing to such modifications.
